These Terms of Service govern your use of the Heartmade mobile application and related services. By creating an account, accessing Heartmade, or using its features, you agree to these Terms and the Heartmade Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country or region, to use Heartmade. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you where permitted by law.
Heartmade uses Sign in with Apple for account access. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Apple ID and device and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person.
Notify us promptly at service@heartmade-app.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Heartmade allows users to browse, search, filter, like, favorite, save drafts, publish handmade-project content, submit content for review, manage a personal profile, and use available VIP or expansion-package features.
Features may vary by version, device, region, account status, subscription status, or content-review result. Features that are unavailable in the current version may not be displayed.
You retain ownership of the original text, images, and other content you submit to Heartmade.
You grant Heartmade a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute your content only as necessary to operate, review, promote, and improve Heartmade. This license ends when your content and associated account data are deleted, except where limited retention is required by law, security, backups, or dispute resolution.
You represent that:
Submitted content may be reviewed before it becomes public. Content may be approved, rejected, returned for revision, withdrawn, removed, or made unavailable if it violates these Terms, community rules, legal requirements, platform requirements, or safety standards.
We may limit visibility, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service. We may also preserve relevant records when required for safety, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Heartmade may offer auto-renewable VIP subscriptions, expansion packages, or other digital features through Apple in-app purchases.
Prices, billing periods, included benefits, trial terms, and renewal information are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after confirmation. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled through your Apple ID subscription settings within the period specified by Apple.
Purchase availability and refund handling are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies. Deleting Heartmade or deleting your Heartmade account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. You are responsible for managing cancellation through Apple.
Digital benefits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may be changed or discontinued where permitted by law. A successful purchase is credited only once. Failed, canceled, or unconfirmed transactions do not create an entitlement.
Heartmade, including its software, interface, branding, graphics, layout, and service content, is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the app under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not use the Heartmade name, logo, design, or content in a way that suggests sponsorship or authorization without permission.
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
You may initiate account deletion through the app’s account settings. Account deletion is permanent and may remove your profile, drafts, published projects, likes, favorites, review records, and other account data, subject to limited lawful retention.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create risk for users or the service, or where required by law. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.
We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Heartmade. We do not guarantee that every feature or item of content will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We will provide notice when required by law.
Heartmade is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Handmade projects may involve tools, heat, sharp objects, chemicals, allergens, electricity, or other hazards. Content shared by users is for general inspiration and does not replace professional instruction or safety guidance. You are responsible for evaluating a project, following manufacturer instructions, using appropriate protective equipment, and supervising minors.
We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, safety, quality, legality, or availability of user content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heartmade will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury resulting from user content or project activity, or unauthorized account access beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Heartmade, your content, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
These Terms are between you and Heartmade, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Heartmade or its content, maintenance, support, or claims, except as required by applicable law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-specific provisions against you.
We may update these Terms as Heartmade changes or as required by law. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should stop using Heartmade and may delete your account.
