Heartmade respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you when you use the Heartmade mobile application and related services.
When you sign in with Apple, we may receive an Apple-provided user identifier and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address. Apple may provide a private relay email address instead of your personal email address.
We collect information you add to your profile, such as your nickname and profile image.
We collect the content you upload, create, save, submit, or publish through Heartmade, including project titles, descriptions, categories, tags, finished-work images, process images, draft content, and review submissions.
We may collect information about how you use Heartmade, including searches, viewed projects, likes, favorites, filters, publishing activity, draft activity, and interactions with app features.
If you purchase a VIP subscription, an expansion package, or another digital item, Apple processes the payment. We may receive transaction identifiers, product identifiers, purchase status, subscription status, and entitlement information. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
We may collect device type, operating-system version, app version, language, crash logs, performance information, and technical identifiers needed to operate, secure, and improve Heartmade.
If you contact us, we collect the information included in your request, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and related technical details.
Heartmade accesses your photo library or camera only after you choose a related feature and grant permission. Selected images are used to create, save, review, or publish your projects. You may change these permissions in your device settings.
We use information to:
Drafts and content awaiting review are not publicly visible unless the app clearly indicates otherwise. Content becomes visible to other users only after it is approved and published. Public content may include your nickname, profile image, project text, images, categories, tags, likes, and other information presented on the project page.
We may share information with service providers that help us provide hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, diagnostics, content review, customer support, and purchase verification. These providers may process information only for the services they perform for us.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or support a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of business assets.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content for third-party advertising.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide Heartmade, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Drafts and uploaded content may remain until you delete them or delete your account, subject to limited backup, security, fraud-prevention, and legal-retention requirements.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
You can update your nickname and profile image in the app. You can also manage photo and camera permissions in iOS Settings.
Heartmade provides an in-app account-deletion option. When you request deletion, we delete or de-identify your account information and associated user-generated content unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. If you used Sign in with Apple, the associated authorization token may also be revoked. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions can be managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Heartmade is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Your information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
Heartmade may use Apple services, including Sign in with Apple and Apple in-app purchases. Your use of those services is also subject to Apple’s terms and privacy practices. External websites or services linked from Heartmade are governed by their own policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Heartmade changes or as required by law. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use of Heartmade after an update means the revised Policy applies from its effective date.
